Event Type - Triggered By Change In Current State Then Timer
It would be nice to have a new event type that allows you to trigger an event when the state of something changes. For example, you turn on a light/lamp and a timer starts then sends an off signal after 10 minutes, or each time you turn on the AC it shuts off after 2 hours.

In the iPhone remote, I would like an alarm function which could trigger an event.
Events asks you to specify a certain hour, but what if it could be coupled to the time you set the alarm at night?
